Our quality management system is a complex tool, through which we can achieve a permanently high level of performance in our work. Guidelines are set in all areas of our work from the purchase of instruments to the configuration of the practice rooms, from staff training to the systematic steps of each individual treatment. Our staff follow these guidelines strictly and each step is precisely documented and subject to continuous examination and improvement.

Our quality management system enables us to continually improve our work. In July 2006 we were officially certified by the DEKRA (German Standards Association) and their annual independent inspections ensure that we are able to maintain the highest standards.
